Handheld ultrasound training

Few nephrology fellowship programs offer training in evolving technologies like handheld ultrasound.

In this picture, Northwell faculty member Daniel Ross, MD, a national expert on the subject, teaches fellows on the use of the device. All fellows are trained to full proficiency.
