Fertility issues can be a big source of stress, anxiety and depression. We have the resources and specialized expertise to help you live your healthiest, happiest life throughout your journey.

About us

If you're struggling with fertility, it can cause stress and affect many aspects of your life. Research shows that elevated stress levels may contribute to infertility, which perpetuates the emotional roller coaster many of our patients face. At our Wellness Center, we pay special attention to your physical and psychological health. We offer many resources tailored to the unique needs of you and/or your partner.

Our services

Support groups

Support groups can be a powerful tool to promote expression and healing during the fertility process. We offer complimentary open sessions, which require no commitment beyond one session. We also hold closed sessions at a nominal fee, in which members begin the group at the same time and continue attending sessions together until the series is complete. A closed group creates a safe environment where patients can grow and heal together.


Our workshops are interactive group sessions held monthly. Each session usually centers on a theme or goal. Expert-led sessions offer helpful tools and exercises to help you deal with the stress and negative emotions often associated with the fertility process.

Massage therapy

There are many common fertility issues that massage therapy can benefit—everything from stress and polycystic ovarian syndrome to endometriosis and fibroids. We offer 10-minute complimentary head and neck chair massage, available to patients some mornings in our Manhasset waiting room.

Nutrition counseling

Preconception nutrition research has shown that food and healthy nutrition are tied to fertility health in both women and men. Not only will a healthy diet bolster your fertility potential, but it also may influence fetal well-being and reduce the risk of pregnancy complications. If you’re concerned about your weight or your diet, you may benefit from a consultation with our nutritionist.

Mini mindful guided meditation

Meditation cultivates self-care and present moment living. Our mini mindful guided meditation sessions will teach relaxation techniques, stress management, self-nurturing skills and other techniques to support what you are experiencing. Meditation can remove stress and replace it with a dose of inner peace. It’s one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions and deal with physical and psychological distress. We offer complimentary 20-minute meditation sessions on Wednesdays at 10am.
