We see medical education differently
When you or a family member has a healthcare need, you want to know you’re in good hands. That’s why we give our medical students real-world experience starting on day one. At the Hofstra Northwell Schools of Medicine and Graduate Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies, we train and certify our doctoral students as emergency medical technicians (EMTs) in their first year and educate our nursing and physician assistant students with hands-on clinical experience, allowing them to interact with diverse patients in the community.
