Arterio-venous capillary syndrome malformation

Arterio-venous capillary syndrome malformation, or Parkes Weber syndrome, is a genetic syndrome due to a mutation of a gene.  It is characterized by numerous abnormal connections between arteries and veins known as arterio-venous fistulas and capillary malformations presenting as pink blotches throughout the skin.
