Lymphoscintigraphy

A lymphoscintigraphy is a nuclear scan that checks the lymph system for the spread of melanoma. This test is used to find the sentinel lymph node (the first node to receive lymph fluid from a tumor), which can then be removed and checked for cancer cells.
