Outpatient Center for Mental Health at Manhattan, Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital
New York, New York 10065
The Outpatient Center for Mental Health is a Division of the Department of Psychiatry at Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat (MEETH) which offers a full range of treatment interventions and support for patients and their loved ones. The Center is staffed by board-certified psychiatrists, licensed psychologists, certified social workers, clinical nurse specialists and other mental health professionals. We are affiliated with a number of clinical training programs and are committed to quality patient care, teaching and training and to clinical research.
Living and/or dealing with the effects of behavioral health issues sometimes can be extremely difficult and challenging. We would encourage you not to do this alone. For those of you interested in participating in our programs or referring your clients to some of our programs, the Center is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Tuesday and Thursday until 8:00 PM. We accept most insurance coverage as well as self payment; these options can be discussed in depth with our office staff. Please contact us at (212) 434-3365 to make an appointment. Your initial visit will provide you with a clinical screening and a treatment plan will be developed.
Over the years, as the needs of patients have evolved, the Center has been able to respond with new and innovative programs — all within a comfortable outpatient setting that feels like a private practice. We provide a wide range of services for children, adolescents and adults as noted below. Services include:
