Thinking about changing your drinking?

Northwell Health’s Center for Addiction Services and Personalized Interventions Research (CASPIR) is a research center designed to help people who experience problems as a result of their drinking. We are developing and investigating new ways for people to reduce or stop alcohol use. And we’re making progress using a combination of innovative technology and evidence-based therapeutic methods.

  • Do you think reducing the amount you drink will benefit your life?
  • Does it take effort for you to resist drinking when you have planned not to drink?
  • Have you been thinking about changing your drinking habits?
