She brought me back for a follow up appointment and possible biopsy. When I arrived for the appointment she examined me and determined here was no need for any procedure because the condition had improved remarkably. (She had prescribed a treatment that was effective and noninvasive.)"

She listened to my concerns and came up with a plan of action to address them. she was a wonderful listener but more importantly, she explained everything so clearly and even repeated her instructions to make sure I completely understood what she was recommending.
