Lose weight and learn to make healthy lifestyle changes with this 12-week program*.
Weekly sessions will discuss:
• Portions• Food labels• Meal planning and dining out• Choosing foods wisely• Behavior modification• And more!
The program is taught by a registered dietitian who can educate and inspire you to make the changes you need to get to your ideal weight.
*The 12-week core program is followed by an additional 3 months of bi-weekly support meetings.
