Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT) is an evidence based treatment for working with couples in distress that is highly adaptable to different contexts. This course will provide an introductory overview of EFT.
The stages of EFT will be reviewed along with experiential opportunities to practice some basic techniques.
