Dr. Lee received his Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University in Waco, TX and his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at MCP-Hahnemann in Philadelphia (currently Drexel University School of Medicine Program), and subsequently fellowships in cardiovascular diseases at Montefiore Medical Center and in interventional cardiology at North Shore University Hospital. Upon completion of training, he joined North Shore University Hospital as full-time faculty in 2004 and became the Program Director for the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program in 2012 after serving as associate program director for several years. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
In 2013, Dr. Lee transitioned his practice to Long Island Jewish Medical Center and became Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Labs in 2015. His interests are in acute coronary syndromes, cardiogenic shock, and cath lab quality initiatives.
