Surgeons & Heroes (Part 2): Veteran's New Smile Heals Old Wounds

Dusty's kids had never see him "really smile" their entire lives. Nearly 10 years after being shot while serving as a Navy Corpsman in Iraq, "Doc" can finally show his girls his real smile. Our surgeons, led by Dr. David Hirsch, realigned Dusty's jaw in May 2016 to ease the daily pain that had plagued him for 10 years. It is the first time in nearly 10 years Dusty will have a full set of teeth.
