LIJ X-Rays Ancient Bone from Greek Warrior

LIJ Medical Center radiologist Dr. Helise Coopersmith performed an X-ray on a 2,500-year-old bone from a Greek warrior whose remains are on loan to Adelphi University anthropology professor Anagnostis Agelarakis, who confirmed that the soldier was plagued by a devastating forearm injury caused by a barbed bronze arrowhead that could not be removed.
