Drones to the Rescue!

Could a drone help save you from cardiac arrest? The tiny aircraft carriers can now deliver defibrillators to bystanders in an emergency, and with faster arrival time than an ambulance. “If you go into cardiac arrest, time is of the essence,” says Dr. Keri Peterson, an internist with Lenox Hill Hospital. “Five minutes for the drone versus 22 minutes for the ambulance…it’s a remarkable difference.”
