Cardiac yoga at Lenox Hill

After her mom's heart attack 10 years ago, Sonja Rzepski, C-IAYT, used yoga to help get her into shape and reduce her risk factors. Now, the yoga therapist is helping us do the same for other women with or at risk of heart disease by leading our first Cardiac Yoga and Meditation Workshop. The weekly workshop is designed to help women manage stress and empower them to create healthy lifestyle changes to support their heart health and reduce their risk factors.
