Leadership Changes at Cohen Children's Medical Center

Charles Schleien has been appointed executive director of Cohen Children’s Medical Center, according to a press release from Northwell Health, one of three leadership positions announced Thursday.
Schleien succeeds Kevin McGeachy.
Carolyn Quinn, a nurse, was promoted to deputy executive director, the release said. Jonathan Scheidt has been named deputy executive director, responsible for financial and revenue cycle, according to the release.

Northwell Health announced new leadership at Cohen Children’s Medical Center yesterday. Dr. Charles Schleien will take on the role of executive director, replacing Kevin McGeachy, who is now the system's senior vice president of strategic alliances. Schleien continues as SVP and chair of pediatric services at Northwell. Carolyn Quinn was promoted to deputy executive director, overseeing operations at the children’s hospital. She had been associate executive director of patient care services and chief nursing executive. Jonathan Scheidt, vice president of the pediatric service line at Northwell, added the title of deputy executive director, overseeing finances and revenue cycle for the children’s hospital.
