Kevin Connolly has more than 40 years of business, risk management, engineering and contract management experience in the planning, construction, finance and real estate industries.
As senior vice president of property management, design and construction, Mr. Connolly leads Northwell Health’s Department of Facilities Services. Previously, Mr. Connolly served as the department’s vice president of finance and operations, where he led the department through significant growth, including doubling the amount of leased space over a five-year period. He had been responsible for all of the health system’s leasing and acquisition activity and managed all non-hospital clinical, administrative and residential spaces.
Mr. Connolly joined Northwell’s Office of Procurement in 2003 after spending 15 years trading bonds on Wall Street. He also worked as a senior engineer for Con Edison.
